Do you handle online sales?
Finan McDonald does not sell online. Rather all of our sales are in store at our downtown location. For more information please email or call our office.
What is the return Policy?
*Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. *Full refund or exchange on non-sale items, within 30 days. *Sale items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days for store credit only. *Footwear returns must be in the original box and not worn.
What type of items/products does Finan McDonald carry?
Finan McDonald offers a variety of products. Specifically we are a clothing company that carriers clothes, footwear, travel gear, jewelry, eyewear, hats, water bottles, and more!

Does Finan McDonald provide online ordering and shipping?
Finan McDonald doesn’t offer online ordering and shipping. As apart of our small-town culture we want to individually meet our customers. Additionally, we love it when you get to look around and try things on!
Does Finan McDonald offer Seasonal, Annual, or On-Going Sales?
Finan McDonald offers all of the above. We have an on-going sales room where we offer last years products. Additionally, we also offer seasonal and annual sales where we clear our gear post season (winter, spring, summer, fall). If you any questions, please call us or stop by our store.

We are located in the heart of Sandpoint, Idaho (301 N FIRST AVE, SANDPOINT, ID 83864).
Return Policy
We hope you love what you purchased, but in case you don’t – Returns & Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. The item(s) must be in original condition, shoes must not have been worn outside. Refunds will be given on regular priced items only. Store credit will be provided for sale items. Items without a receipt will be processed at the lowest current sale price. We reserve the right to decline returns.
